The event is planned for Thursday, June 28, 2012, from 5pm-7pm at Events at Refinery on Green, 51 E. Green Street in Champaign-Urbana to benefit Make-A-Wish® Illinois. Attendees will get to enjoy live entertainment, a free drink, variety of light food items, games and vendors, and a chance to win great prizes in a 50/50 drawing. There will be a $5 entry fee at the door.

At the end of the night one attendee will win a get-a-way to St. Louis to enjoy some sports up close. The trip includes 4 tickets to the Cardinal/Mets game in St. Louis, Six Flag passes, Dinner for 4 at Hard Rock Café, and an overnight stay at Drury Inn all for Labor Day weekend, September 2nd-3rd. All proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish Illinois. Going Places will be sports-themed, so attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite teams gear!
