Toast to Tourism
The Visit Champaign County Foundation will celebrate our hospitality industry during our annual Toast to Tourism, held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Carmon's in downtown Champaign. During this annual event, we honor local tourism ambassadors who's efforts have paved the way for tourism to the greater Champaign County area or enhanced the visitor experience.
Nominations are now open for the 2023 Tourism Impact Awards to be recognized at the event for individuals who have greatly contributed to travel and tourism in the greater Champaign County area, including Monticello, Tuscola, Arcola, Arthur, and Sullivan. Potential nominees could be a staff member who provides exceptional customer service to guests, an event planner who created significant economic impact, or a business leader whose insight has paved the way for growth in the tourism industry. Submit your nominations by March 16 using the form below.
