Bootcamp style workout AND beer.
Join Jess (Jessica Schluter Fitness) & Ali (Blended Balance Fitness) at Riggs Beer Company for a fun 45-minute full-body workout.
We will be practicing social distancing with 10 max participants, all spots 10 ft apart with masks required upon entry/check-in and anytime you are not at your mat actively working out.
The cost for the class is $10 (paid online or at the door) and includes a post-class Riggs beer. The remainder of the proceeds will be donated to local non-profit, Feeding Our Kids.
Because we are limited to 10, we ask that you register through the Eventbrite link to confirm and hold your spot!
Please bring your own water bottle and a mat/towel as there will be some work done on the ground.
